Project pages

Perfect for random notes, requirements, and documentation. And they can be shared with anyone by generating a public sharable link.

New Feature: Project Pages

From the beginning, we knew that project pages would be a core feature. Being able to document information in the context of the project is a game changer. It will always be part of the project, you can always reference, even after the project is done and archived.

Being able to quickly share with internal people as well as clients, contractors, stakeholders, or anyone should be as simple as creating a read-only shareable link and sending it.

This feature has been extremely useful for us as we have been using it internally for years while developing Dev Nova.

Features

  • Pages organized by a top level folder
  • Privacy settings so only specific people can view/edit
  • Public sharable link, allow anyone with the link to view in read only mode
  • Two column layout content and references
  • Sections with linkable headers

Scope documents

This was one of the first core requirements when we started architecting Dev Nova.

Project Scope Documents with Approval & Signature Request

This is the start of something amazing. Having the ability to submit a scope of work for review to a client, with feedback, is something we have needed for such a long time.

When the client receives the request, they can view the document and approve or deny it with feedback.

If they approve, they will then be able to sign it (if you required a signature). And you will be notified and both parties will be emailed a copy of the signed PDF.

The great part is, this document can also include your standard terms of service or contract legal content. So, every time a client approves a scope, you get a signed legal contract for the scope of work. So great!

We're building something truly amazing.

Try it out and see if
Dev Nova works for you.
